Usage Notes
・Avoid pushing the wire out or causing wire breakage.
This can lead to tangling inside the spool housing and prevent the wire from extending.

Please send the unit to us for an evaluation, as repair feasibility depends on the internal condition of the housing.
If repair is possible, we will provide a quotation.
・Installation environment
Ensure that no water, oil, or dust adheres to the encoder mount, wire anchor, or the wire itself.
Foreign matter entering the product may cause measurement errors or wire damage.
*Please note that we cannot accept repairs if foreign matter has entered the interior.
