INTERVIEW
My primary duties are schedule management and equipment maintenance. We have two production sites (about 50 staff and about 10 staff). I manage the smaller site — overseeing schedules, inspections and repairs, workplace safety, and initiatives to improve production efficiency.
As the motor division grows, working with the team to identify and solve problems feels very rewarding. Prototyping can be tough, but when multiple trials finally pay off, the sense of accomplishment is huge.
I was drawn to the company’s stability, growth potential, and a culture that values each person. I wanted a place where I could both contribute and grow — and MTL’s commitment to innovation convinced me it was the right fit.
I support customers, handle post-sales follow-up, participate in exhibitions, and take part in marketing tasks such as website updates and newsletters. My role bridges sales and marketing.
Turning ideas into reality — whether matching products to a customer need or producing content that communicates our value — is very satisfying.
I first joined via an introduction and trained in manufacturing, then moved to sales for more customer interaction. The variety and the daily challenges made it a great match.
I work on new products, custom solutions, and demo units for exhibitions, and assist technical sales at shows and on-site visits. I handle project coordination and market research by talking directly to users.
Solving customer problems through our own developments is the most rewarding part. We often create solutions where off-the-shelf products fall short — that uniqueness gives me strong purpose.
I wanted to make things that surprised me and others. After internships and research involving MTL’s µDD motors, I realized this was a place driven by product-making passion — so I joined.
